Many countries and cultures around the world have specialty food dishes that they connect with their culture. Food can act as part of a country or culture's identity. For Canadians, poutine is one such food. What is poutine? Let's take a look at a food many Canadians love.
An example of Quebec poutine. Mozerella cheese isn't used on true poutine. Fresh cheese curds are
the cheese of choice.
Fast food style poutine. this poutine is from Harvey's, a major Canadian fast food chain.
