Looks Like Canada Episode Three: The Most Haunted Building in Canada?

In Episode Three of Looks Like Canada we look at the Carleton County Gaol, otherwise known as the Old Ottawa Jail. Today, a youth hostel, the Ottawa Jail served as the main prison for the city of Ottawa for more than 100 years. Many people say that this structure, built in 1862, is one of Canada's most haunted buildings.

Today, the former Carleton County Gaol is now an international youth hostel.

Now a youth hostel, the facilities have been converted to ensure a comfortable and interesting environment for travelers.
